• Dunia Tours and Travels’ rates are in USD and are subject to change.
  • The peak seasons are from June – September and December – February.
  • The low seasons include March – May and October – November.
  • Availability of accommodation, activities and permits are not assured only after an approval by a member of Dunia Tours and Travels and this is done on first come first serve basis.
  • Gorilla permits are available to you after depositing a certain amount.
  • Our safaris are based ranging from budget to mid-range then luxury. These contain basic Hotel rooms, Bandas and Tents with double or single bed and mosquito nets if needed. Bathrooms are either private or shared, in the case of budget safaris. For Midrange and luxury, they are purely private.
  • Gorilla Tracking cannot be done on the first day when fly into Uganda since they are far, and depends on the availability of the permits. During the tracking activity you may team up with other guests from other tour companies since you will be divided into groups to track different families and each family has to be tracked by a maximum of 8 people per day which Dunia Tours and Travels has no control over.

Cancellation and amendment policy

  1. 35 Days – Prior to tour departure 30% charge.
  2. 34 – 15 Days 50% charge.
  3. 14 – No show 100% charge.
  4. Child Policy – Children below 16 years – Charged 80% of the adult’s rate.
